Bookings
There is a minimum of 2 people required per wedding booking.
At the time of booking a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This is deducted from the remaining balance.
Your booking is not secure until the payment is received.
Bridal Trials
All trials are carried out at my home salon, most makeup trials will be completed within 2 hours. You are welcome to bring up to two people with you on the day of your trial. If more than this are requiring a trial this can be discussed at the time of booking.
Extra trials for bridesmaids and mothers are charged at £35 for make up. This is payable on the day of the trial.
Balance Payments For All Bookings
The final balance can either be paid on the day with cash, or by bank transfer 2 weeks before your wedding day.
Receipts can be issued by email on request.
Travel Costs
Travel expenses may occur if outside the local region, travel is charged at 50p per mile.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
There is no cancellation fee on condition that you cancel more than 14 days before your booking. If you cancel within 14 days of your booking we will charge you 50% of your booking.
COVID - 19/Sickness
If your booking is required to reschedule due to COVID then I will try my best to accommodate your new date. However all deposits are non-refundable. In the case that I am unable to carry out your booking due to Covid or unexpected illness I will try to find an adequate replacement make up artist, if I am unable to do so then your £50 deposit with be refunded in full.
